Terms of use

These terms apply to NBF Fantasy and the public NBF website (together, the service), operated by Leven2k Media Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15719526, at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service is in beta. Features may change, but changes will not retrospectively rewrite a locked contest merely to favour a player. Material rule corrections are handled under section 6.

NBF Fantasy is an independently operated community product. It is not an Epic Games service, and NBF cannot speak for Epic or change Epic's rules. Fortnite, Epic Games and related marks and materials belong to their respective owners.

Use of Epic materials remains subject to Epic's current Fan Content Policy and Epic Games Terms, plus any separate written arrangement that applies to NBF. A relationship concerning a particular NBF activity does not make every Fantasy feature, user league or user promotion an Epic product.

You must be at least 13 to use NBF Fantasy. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you and agree to your use of the service where local law requires it.

Saving a squad requires Discord sign-in. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to Discord secure. Do not sell, lend or transfer an NBF account. Tell us promptly through support if you believe someone else has used it.

NBF Fantasy is free to play. There is no purchase, entry fee, stake, pooled pot, paid advantage or NBF Fantasy prize of money or money's worth. Fantasy credits are a squad-building budget only. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed.

You must not use NBF Fantasy, a private league, invite code, score, leaderboard, data feed or an official NBF community space to organise, advertise, administer or settle an arrangement involving an entry fee, stake, pooled prize, side bet, cash, cryptocurrency, gift card, V-Bucks, digital item or anything else with real-world or exchangeable value.

NBF does not monitor private conversations or claim control over activity that happens entirely outside NBF services and official NBF spaces. Such activity is not run, verified, endorsed or protected by NBF. If credible evidence shows that someone is using NBF services as part of a prohibited arrangement, we may remove the relevant league or entry and suspend access.

If NBF ever runs a promotion or introduces a prize, it will have separate published rules, eligibility terms and sponsor disclosures before entries are accepted. These terms do not announce or promise any such promotion.

You must not:

• exploit a bug, evade a lock time, manipulate a leaderboard or use automation that gives an unfair advantage;
• impersonate NBF, Epic, a player or another person, or falsely suggest approval or partnership;
• use an abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, deceptive or privacy-invading manager or league name;
• scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the service, or bypass a security, moderation or access control;
• promote cheating, account trading, harassment, illegal activity or a prohibited paid or prize arrangement.

You keep ownership of a manager or league name you submit, but give NBF a limited permission to display, moderate and reproduce it only as needed to run the service and community recaps. We may replace, hide or remove content that breaks these rules.

Each contest identifies its player pool, budget, opening time, lock time and scoring rules in the product. A squad can be changed until the applicable lock; after that, it is fixed except where NBF must repair a verified technical or data error.

Scoring uses competitive match data obtained from third parties and public sources. Those sources can be delayed, corrected or incomplete. NBF may re-import source data, correct a calculation, remove a duplicate or invalid match, or re-run standings to match the published rules. Where practical, a material post-lock correction will be explained in the product or NBF community.

Fantasy prices, roles, projections, scores and rankings are NBF-created game values. They are not official Fortnite ratings, Epic decisions, financial values or promises about player performance. If a recap conflicts with the final stored leaderboard, the final stored leaderboard controls.

NBF may warn a user, replace a name, remove or close a league, disqualify an entry, restrict a feature, or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users or preserve contest integrity. We consider the evidence, seriousness, context and repeat behaviour rather than promising an automatic sanction for every report.

If you think a moderation or suspension decision is wrong, use the private contact option on the support page. Do not post personal account information or appeal evidence in a public Discord channel.

We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but a beta may be interrupted. NBF may pause a contest, close entries, restrict access or retire a feature where reasonably needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance or community safety.

Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, NBF is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these terms, or for a private arrangement that NBF did not run or endorse.

You may stop using NBF at any time. Signed-in players can close and pseudonymise their Fantasy account through the account page. Some historical scoring and audit facts may remain under a neutral label so that other players' results stay accurate. The Privacy Notice explains the deletion scope and your wider data rights.

We may update these terms when the service, law or relevant platform rules change. Material changes will be dated here and, where appropriate, called out before they take effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or another country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
