The Discord invite does not expire. For now, private support is by email. Public Discord channels are not a private support route.

What to include

A useful report includes the page or contest, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time. For a scoring issue, include the region, gameweek and affected player. A screenshot is helpful if it does not expose someone else's private information.

Never post a password, login code, email address, private message, payment information or identity document in a public Discord channel. NBF support will never ask for your Discord password.

Moderation and suspension appeals

If a manager name, league, entry or account was moderated, say which decision you want reviewed and why you believe it was mistaken. Support may ask for the manager name, league code or approximate decision time, but sensitive evidence should go to the private email route.

A report does not guarantee a particular result. NBF reviews the available evidence, the published rules, context, seriousness and repeat behaviour.
