NBF Hub

Privacy

Open beta notice: this policy may be updated as the game evolves. Last updated June 11, 2026.

Who This Covers

This draft privacy notice covers NBF Fantasy and the public NBF Hub surfaces. It is written for open beta and should be reviewed before wider launch.

NBF Fantasy is intended for players aged 13 and older. Do not use NBF Fantasy if you are under 13.

NBF Fantasy is operated from the United Kingdom and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration number: pending).

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Discord, we receive the Discord account details needed to identify your entry, such as your Discord ID, display name, and avatar.

Fantasy accounts are keyed to your Discord ID using an internal placeholder address. If you voluntarily subscribe for contest updates, we store the email address you provide and the subscription context.

When you play NBF Fantasy, we store your manager name, selected players, contest region, entry timestamps, and leaderboard results.

Signing in sets one strictly necessary session cookie that keeps you logged in. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and our analytics (when enabled) are cookie-free.

We may collect basic technical information such as request logs, rate-limit signals, error reports, and analytics events when the related services are enabled.

How We Use It

We use this information to run contests, save entries, score leaderboards, prevent abuse, debug issues, and understand whether the beta is working.

If you subscribe for contest updates, we use that email address to send contest reminders, event updates, offers, and marketing emails. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option, and we may store delivery, bounce, complaint, and suppression signals to keep the list healthy.

Manager names, ranks, scores, and contest standings may be public. Your Discord ID and private account details are not shown on public fantasy responses.

Service Providers

NBF Hub uses infrastructure and product services such as hosting, database storage, Discord OAuth, email delivery, analytics, and error monitoring. These providers process data only so the app can operate.

Competitive Fortnite match data is imported from third-party stats sources and is used to score fantasy contests.

Deletion Path

To request deletion of your NBF Fantasy account data, contact the NBF team through the official Nothing But Fortnite Discord with the phrase "Fantasy data deletion request" plus your Discord username and fantasy manager name.

Deletion may remove or anonymize private account details while preserving public contest integrity, audit logs, or aggregate scoring records where needed for abuse prevention and contest history.
